In this example, it is 65% of the tyre width, or 195 mm x 65% = 127 mm.<\/li>\n<li>R &#8211; Indicates a radial tyre.<\/li>\n<li>15 &#8211; Rim diameter in inches.<\/li>\n<li>91 &#8211; Load index, i.e. the maximum permissible load per tyre. In this example, 91 = 615 kg load per tyre.<\/li>\n<li>T &#8211; Speed index. The maximum permitted speed with these T tyres is 190 km\/h.<\/li>\n<li>XL &#8211; Reinforced tyre (XL class). Tyres for passenger cars designed for higher loads and pressures than standard tyres.<\/li>\n<li>If the profile of the tyre is 80, it may be left blank.
